Form for Adding Additional Photos

I am paying for the forms used on Pond Showcase. However, they only allow one attachment per form. In order for you to add more photos (as many as the package you chose allows), you will have to fill out this form repeatedly until the correct number of photos are sent. If you have problems, contact me. In some cases, I may just give you my e-mail to send photos directly.

You can do that now by clicking on this link to open in another window, or you can do that after finishing this form (that page will prompt you to go to the photo page if you have more photos). The forms I am using only allow for one attachment per form.
